THE UPDATE: It's gbeen awhile since I last wrote and a lot has gone on in my life. I am getting over a major asthma attack that put me in the hospital for 2 days and that was the weekend right after Thanksgiving. After that I went to see my frien Allyssa and her kids in California for a week and man did I ever feel better. Then I worked for 2.5 weeks and then went to visit my Kammie in Greeley Colorado for the holidays. That was pretty much my month of December.

Yesterday was my last day of physical tourture(actually it's called physical Therapy) and I go back to see Dr. Robbins on the 13th...Friday the 13th.

I start my trianing for the Mental Health Players on the 9th and I am going to miss one session which I will have to make up at another time.
